What VoxLens Does

VoxLens checks English pronunciation from a short audio recording and returns a score, highlighted transcript, word-level feedback, and an improvement summary.

Data We Collect

We collect the audio file you choose to upload for the sole purpose of generating the pronunciation report. Voice recordings can be personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

How We Use It

VoxLens sends the audio to the configured speech analysis provider to generate a transcript and pronunciation signals. The transcript and selected focus words are then processed by the configured feedback model to produce learner-facing corrections and practice guidance.

Storage and Retention

VoxLens does not store audio files, transcripts, scores, or reports. Audio is held in memory only during processing and is never written to a database or app storage. Results exist only in your browser session.

Third-Party Processing

Audio and transcript data are processed by the AI provider configured for this deployment, such as OpenAI, Groq, Google Gemini, OpenRouter, or Anthropic. These providers operate infrastructure outside India, so analysis can involve cross-border processing. VoxLens discloses this before upload and requires user consent before any audio is submitted.

Your Rights

Since VoxLens does not retain your personal data, there is no stored data for us to delete after a session. Closing the tab clears session consent and local results.
